Synopsis: This training was designed for a sports store's sales associates and store managers to enhance their knowledge of golf disc products. The golf disc department aimed to improve sales and customer satisfaction after survey feedback revealed that limited product knowledge among employees had impacted their ability to make informed recommendations. Through this training, employees learned to answer customer questions accurately, recommend products based on customer needs, demonstrate product use, and upsell and cross-sell products. The course's effectiveness was measured using Kirkpatrick's Level 2 and Level 3 evaluations, which showed improved customer satisfaction and increased sales.

Synopsis: This training was developed for animal shelter volunteers to increase the shelter’s operational efficiency by 25%. A time audit revealed that extensive instruction and supervision for volunteer training were consuming unnecessary time and resources. With this training, volunteers have adopted proper animal handling and safety techniques, as well as cleaning and sanitation protocols, significantly enhancing the quality of care provided to the animals with reduced need for staff guidance. We measured the effectiveness of the training using Kirkpatrick's Level 2 and Level 3 evaluations, confirming improvements in volunteer performance and animal care.
